I didn't even want to give them a star. First time having a membership and had a bad experience at your store. 1st time shopper I was offered a $10 off my bill and I had to use it that day guest service said that. Then Ethin said I had to wait 73hours before I could us it. He was rude about it.

And I talk to 3 people doing nothing standing talking to each other and still nothing happened. Finally went to Costco where customer service are good and got it.
