What can I purchase with my CareCredit credit card at Sam's Club?
Your CareCredit credit card can be used to pay for health, wellness and personal care items. This means you can use your card in the following departments: Remember, when checking out use your CareCredit credit card as your first method of payment to capture qualifying health, wellness and personal care items.
Can I use my CareCredit credit card to pay for my Sam's Club membership?
Yes, you can sign up for a Sam's Club membership or renew your membership in-club with the CareCredit credit card.
Can I pay for Sam's Club items online, through the mobile app, by mail or phone with my CareCredit credit card?
No. Only in-club purchases are allowed on the CareCredit credit card at this time.
What if I have items in my basket that are not health and wellness related?
At checkout, once all your items have been scanned, use your CareCredit credit card first. Qualifying health and wellness items will be automatically charged to your CareCredit credit card. You will then be prompted to use another payment method to purchase your remaining items.
What happens if I purchase something from Sam's Club with my CareCredit credit card and need to return the item?
Refunds or returns at Sam's Club will follow the standard Sam's Club policies and will be credited to the CareCredit credit card account that was used for the sales transaction. The card that was used in the transaction will need to be present.
Can I only use my CareCredit card to check out at registers in the Health, Wellness, Beauty & Baby departments referenced above?
No. You can use your CareCredit credit card for your qualifying purchases at any register in the Sam's Club location.
Is promotional financing available on purchases at Sam's Club?
No. Sam's Club purchases currently do not qualify for promotional financing on your CareCredit credit card.
Do I need to have my CareCredit credit card present with me to make a transaction?
Yes, you will need to have your card physically present.
Can the CareCredit credit card be used with Sam's Club Scan and Go?
No, the CareCredit credit card cannot be used with Scan and Go. You must check out with your card at a register.
