How do I know if My Verizon order went through? ›

Once an order is complete, we'll send a receipt or order confirmation via email or text message. The service order confirmation will contain: A welcome video about your new service and, if applicable, the steps in your installation process.

Consumer customers. Please log in to your My Verizon account to notify us of your choice to opt out. Your login will allow us to remember your choice when you log in on our site. We will also extend your opt out to our offline activities.

It depends on which shipping option* you select. 2-day shipping: Orders placed before 8 PM ET Monday - Friday, or before 2 PM ET on Saturday, excluding holidays, will be delivered in 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM ET on Saturday, and before 8 PM ET on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday*

In-stock phone orders - If you have a My Verizon account, you can cancel your order for an in-stock phone within 30 minutes of placing the order. If it's been more than 30 minutes since you ordered an in-stock phone, contact us to see if we can cancel or change the order.

Confirm your payment was received by signing in to My Verizon. If it's still not there, Contact Us with your receipt handy and we will investigate for you.

If there's no one at the delivery address specified on the order, an attempt will be made to contact you at the phone number entered when you placed your order. If no one is available to accept delivery after calling you, your order will be returned and a refund will be processed.

A GPS tracker receives a GPS signal and sends location information, along with other vehicle data, back to a fleet management system via cellular 3G, 4G LTE, CDMA or satellite networks. Using your vehicle tracking system, you can then monitor your fleet in near real time.

By enabling location settings you are authorizing Verizon to collect, use and disclose your Location Information as appropriate to provide you with any location services that you enabled.

A pending account change is an order that is in progress or future dated, such as: Adding a device. Upgrading a device. Changing features on a device.

What does order confirmed mean Verizon? ›

The service order confirmation is your official receipt once the order is submitted. Your order confirmation may be different from the order preview if the order was changed prior to finally being submitted and a preview of the latest change was not sent. Order previews are not automatically sent.

Pre-orders ship when the device becomes available. You should receive a confirmation email that will include an estimated shipping date, but it may ship earlier if it becomes available sooner.

You may terminate service for any reason within 14 days of activation. If you purchased a wireless device at a promotional price at the time of activation, you must return it within the device return period to avoid being assessed an Early Termination Fee of $175, or $350 if you purchased an Advanced Device.

Since we bill in advance for certain services, when a customer disconnects service they may end up with a credit balance on their final bill. This credit balance will automatically be refunded if you don't owe any money on any Verizon accounts. This can take 60 days or more.

You're responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date. If you paid a security deposit, it may take between 30 - 60 days to process the return of your security deposit.

Plug a working phone (not cordless) into the main phone socket (this is usually where the phone line enters your premises). See if you can make calls from it. If you can make calls, the fault is likely to be with one of your pieces of equipment.

When we get your complete and undamaged returned equipment in like-new condition, we issue a refund: Purchases made by credit card are refunded through a credit to your credit card (which may take up to 3 weeks). Purchases made by cash or check are refunded by check (may take up to 7 weeks).

Verizon Basic Service displays the billing dates for monthly services, which are billed a month in advance.
